Pickup Routine is Changing right after the Thanksgiving Break—We appreciate your

help and cooperation to make our system better for the winter months and the rest of the year.

Dear Parents and Students,

We will be making some changes to our student pick-up routine to start on Monday, November 26th.

Kindergarten through 2nd grade will be picked up in front of the school, and Preschool, 3rd, 4th, and 5th

will be picked up on the west side of the school with the line forming on Pleasant Hill Boulevard going

north.

We are making this change to deal with the long lines in our pick up lane in front of the school.  During

the cold weather we need to make sure that we are not having students and staff outside in the cold

waiting because our pick up line is backed up. Our dismissal time is 3:20 P.M.

If a K-2 grade student has a sibling in preschool, 3rd, 4th, or 5th the entire family gets picked up in

the circle drive in front of the school.

For example: If a kindergarten student has a third grade sibling and a fifth grade sibling then the

entire family will be picked up in the circle drive in front of the school.

For example: All preschool will be picked up on the west side of the building, so their siblings of any

age would go to the west side with them.

If you have any questions please call me at 242-8432.  Make sure that you discuss with your child

over the break where you will be for pick up.

Thank you so much,

Terrie Price, Principal
