I have been teaching for about 17 years, the last 12 in Des Moines Public Schools.  My husband Kevin and I live near Altoona, and we have 4 children:  Megan 19, Alex 16, Monique 15, and Jordynn 13.  I enjoy reading, golf, playing the flute, and being involved with my children's activities.
