Julie Bulver, Second Grade

I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. I am beginning my 10th year at Pleasant Hill, my 21st year with the Des Moines Public Schools and my 30th year of teaching! I still find I have lots to learn about teaching and learning and I treasure getting a fresh start every year. I live in Pleasant Hill with my husband Bob and my three sons: Justin will go off to college this fall, Todd will be a sophomore, and Nolan will be in 6th grade. We love attending the boys' school and sporting events.  I enjoy walking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
