Erin Lowe, Third Grade

I was born and raised in Des Moines. I attended McKee Elementary, Hoyt Middle School and I graduated from East High School in 1995. My husband Patrick, our son Tyler, and I live near Grandview Golf Course.

I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2000, and began teaching in the Des Moines Public Schools that fall.  I have taught at Moore, Findley and Pleasant Hill.  I have taught Kindergarten, 4^th and 5^th grade math, and this will be my third year at 3^rd Grade. My husband Patrick teaches at Hoover High School and Tyler will attend preschool at Stowe Elementary this fall.

We enjoy the outdoors, golf, traveling, and love swimming.  We are Chicago Fans (Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks, and Bulls), and try to get there as much as possible to take in Cubs games.
